Questions I’m asked frequently are:

  • Every person is unique, and so are their circumstances. Therapy works differently for everyone. By tailoring a treatment that suits you precisely, you can get focused on healing, growing, learning and repairing different aspects of your life.

  • An initial consultation is free of charge. Counselling sessions may be covered in part or full by your insurance and I provide receipts that you can submit. See Payment Policies for full details.

  • This will depend on what we decide together during the first few sessions. You might need sessions more frequently in times of great distress or less frequently for maintenance. I can work with you on scheduling sessions to maximize their effect on your progress.

  • I offer in-person, over the phone, or virtual counselling services. This allows you to get the counselling you need delivered in the way that suits you best. You can attend in-person sessions at my Burlington office. We can connect over your laptop, PC, tablet or smartphone. I can also have a phone counselling session with you if you’re unable to have a video session. We can talk while you walk, or sit in a park, whatever works best for you.
