
Book an Appointment
I offer counselling sessions both in-person and virtually. Before you book a counselling session, I ask that you book a 15-minute virtual consultation. A consultation helps me evaluate your needs and allows you to decide how you would like to move forward. Booking a consultation does not oblige you to book a counselling session. There is no charge for initial consultations.

In this 15-minute conversation, we will talk about what you're looking for and where you would like to go with your therapy. You can share your concerns and goals with me, and together we can decide how and if we continue on to counselling sessions.

Before your first counselling session, you’ll be given a Consent to Counselling form to sign. Counselling sessions are 50 minutes in length. Typically, we discuss your areas of concern in depth and explore possible coping strategies to deal with them.

I use a virtual care platform called Jane. Clicking on the “Book a Consultation” button below will bring you to my booking area where you’ll be able to select a date and time that works for you. Creating a Jane account will allow you to book appointments, communicate with me privately and view any documents I share with you. You’ll also attend our virtual sessions through Jane’s secure video platform. Jane doesn’t cost you anything to use.
